In the Studio City section of the San Fernando Valley are some of the nicest cottage style homes. This particular one on a tree covered cul-de-sac had been enlarged to almost double the original size. And there resided a teenage boy and his dad and sometimes the college aged daughter. The real estate agent brought me in to warm up and update the interior style of the house to match the wonderful curb appeal.
