Pasadena, what a beautiful town. I was recently called to a small home which had sat unsold for over 4 months. Big open space, lights of light, but more than a little cold.
The owner asked if I could help him get it staged before that Sunday’s Open House. It was Thursday. Not the first time I had gotten a request like that–”Yes, of course.”
I staged it bright and early Saturday morning. It went into escrow 14 days later for the asking price.
This is why I love my career–to take a space that had a lot to offer (harwood floors, fireplace, high ceilings), and a few drawbacks (bathrooms and kitchen only partially updated) and transform it to a home to own that’s warm, up-to-date and inviting.

Thanks for the info
