This home was owned by a couple who are flippers that I have worked with before.  Props to them–I think they did a great job updating a sorry looking house in the Los Angeles area of Burbank into the vacant they asked me to stage.

But even with as good a job as they had done with the remodel, they contacted house to home staging & interior design to stage the home before it went on the market.

We staged the following week, right before a Broker’s Open House.  By Sunday–the house was under contract!
